Accounting for the work that matters.

Bookkeeping, tax planning, and financial reporting for nonprofits, therapists, and artists, from an independent practice in Denver.

Who I serve

I keep my focus on a few kinds of clients, so I can know their work and their numbers well.

Nonprofits

Fund accounting, grant tracking, Form 990, and audit preparation. This is where my experience runs deepest.

How I help nonprofits

Therapists and private practices

Clear books, quarterly estimates, and tax filing for solo practitioners and small group practices.

How I help therapists

Artists and musicians

Income from many sources, returns in several states, and tour expenses kept in good order.

How I help artists

How we start working together

Three unhurried steps, and then a steady monthly rhythm.

  1. Say hello

Send a short note about your work and what you need. I reply within one business day.

  2. Talk it through

A relaxed twenty to thirty minute call. You ask anything you like, and I learn how you work.

  3. Settle into a rhythm

You receive a clear scope and a flat monthly fee. Then I look after your books, month after month.

Flat fees from $250 a month, always agreed before we begin. See starting fees

Pro bono, every year. A few free tax filings for therapists early in their practice and Colorado musicians with modest incomes. How it works
