Who I serve

I keep my focus on three kinds of clients, so I can know their work and their numbers well.

Nonprofit organizations

Nonprofits are my primary specialty. I help small and mid-sized organizations keep restricted funds straight, report clearly to boards and funders, and stay comfortably ahead of filing deadlines.

Free guides

What I handle

  • Fund accounting and monthly bookkeeping
  • Grant tracking and funder reporting
  • Form 990 preparation and filing
  • Audit preparation and auditor coordination
  • Board-ready financial statements
  • Payroll for staff

Therapists and private practices

Many therapists are running a practice on their own for the first time. I keep the financial side clear and simple, and I am always glad to explain what the numbers mean.

I work with solo practitioners and small group practices.

What I handle

  • Monthly bookkeeping
  • Quarterly estimated taxes
  • Self-employment tax planning
  • S-corp election and payroll
  • Business and personal tax filing

Pro bono support. Each year I set aside a small number of free tax filings for solo therapists and counselors in their first years of practice. If that sounds like you, send a short note about your situation, and we will talk openly about what is possible.

Artists and musicians

Touring artists often earn from many sources and file in several states. I keep it all organized and make sure every piece is accounted for.

I work with solo artists and bands at every stage of their careers.

What I handle

  • Bookkeeping for income from many sources
  • Multi-state tax filing
  • Tour expense tracking
  • Business entity setup
  • 1099 management

Pro bono support. Each year I set aside a small number of free tax filings for Colorado musicians and bands with modest incomes. If that sounds like you, send a short note about your situation, and we will talk openly about what is possible.

Every situation is a little different.

I am happy to talk through yours.
