Finch & Foothills is my independent accounting and advisory practice in Denver, Colorado. I work with clients across the country.
Most of my clients are doing something they believe in. A nonprofit serving its community. A therapist building a practice. A musician on the road. The finances behind that work deserve real care.
Nonprofit accounting is where I have the most depth: fund accounting, grant tracking, restricted net assets, Form 990, and audit preparation. I have spent ten years in the nonprofit sector working through these details, and I enjoy getting them right.
I also work with therapists in private practice and with touring artists and bands. Some of that work is pro bono, because I believe good financial support belongs with people doing meaningful work, whatever their budget.
Finch & Foothills is just me, by design. You work with me directly, from the first call onward. I keep communication clear and calm, explain things whenever you would like to understand them, and work remotely with clients nationwide.
Outside of work, you can find me out in nature birdwatching, reading a book, or listening to indie rock, psych rock, or Philip Glass.
